
Looking for a crunch with a bit of heat? This incredible Spicy Tahini Cracker recipe is surprisingly easy to make, but will have people in your life thinking you're ultra fancy with this fancy cracker. Each bite packs a punch of sensational flavours and a great vessel for hummus or any other dip. It's quite tasty that if you don't want to dip it into anything or spread something on top, no one will think you're wrong.
Ingredients
✨ 4 tbsp Hot Chili Tahini (replace with pesto or classic if you want less spice)
✨ ¼ cup water
✨ 1 tbsp olive oil
✨ 1 egg white
✨ Salt
✨ Sumac
✨ Harissa
✨ Chilli flakes
✨ Pepper
✨ 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
✨ 1/2 cup all purpose flour
✨ 4 tbsp Hot Chili Tahini (replace with pesto or classic if you want less spice)
✨ ¼ cup water
✨ 1 tbsp olive oil
✨ 1 egg white
✨ Salt
✨ Sumac
✨ Harissa
✨ Chilli flakes
✨ Pepper
✨ 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
✨ 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Instructions
✨ Preheat oven to 325, line a baking tray with parchment paper
✨ Mix everything together in a bowl
✨ Using a spatula, smooth out the paste onto the wax paper to a long rectangle
✨ Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven - with a sharp knife lightly score the paste into long thin
rectangles (do not cut all the way through)
✨ Bake for an additional 20 minutes
✨ Let cool completely then break into strips
✨ Mix everything together in a bowl
