These Chocolate Spheres with Pistachio Ice Cream & Halva Crumble will hit the spot!
Ingredients
✨1 bar of Baker’s chocolate (or other baking chocolate wafers - must be compound chocolate)
✨Pistachio ice cream
✨Pomegranate seeds
✨Halva crumble
✨Halvana classic tahini
✨1 bar of Baker’s chocolate (or other baking chocolate wafers - must be compound chocolate)

Instructions
✨Break the chocolate into pieces, microwave for 15 seconds a time, mixing with a spatula, until melted
✨Using a silicone basting brush, brush the melted chocolate into your silicone half-sphere molds
✨Refrigerate overnight
✨Carefully remove the spheres from the mold
✨Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the pistachio ice cream into each sphere, then top with pomegranate
seeds and Halva crumble
✨Drizzle with tahini
✨Using a silicone basting brush, brush the melted chocolate into your silicone half-sphere molds
✨Refrigerate overnight
✨Carefully remove the spheres from the mold
✨Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the pistachio ice cream into each sphere, then top with pomegranate
seeds and Halva crumble
✨Drizzle with tahini
